Hay BLACK folks, if you want to get some real bargains on organic fruits and vegetables, go to your local Trader Joes. There is one in Philadelphia near 23^rd and Market Street.   You will find cheaper bananas, cheaper strawberries, cheaper blueberries, cheaper blackberries and cheaper kiwi fruits. You have to look and make sure you are getting organic fruits. They have a 900 number on them instead of a 400 number on them where they ring up the merchandise.  Look for deals also on chocolate cake and check out the store for deals like you won’t believe.  I think this store network is Jewish owned, but I don’t know for sure. It seems to me that anyone who provides fruits this cheap to an oppressed community can’t be all bad. What do you think? Well, you know I am a journalist and things do get into the printed page, so maybe I shouldn’t promise that. Any HOW, please visit Trader Joes and I will visit a store that will help us fight against obesity, fatness and the problems of contaminated food.  This problem is something we activist need to learn about and help the food-providers solve. I’m working on it, but I need your help. Visit Trader Joes and you will see what I mean. They have beef and pork, but I don’t eat those things. However, I know for sure this took years to accomplish. Especially for me to stop eating beef……  Your journey is not my journey, but I can help you in a multitude of Ways, if you let me. I am not asking you for money, even thought I could use some dollars.  The path towards money for me was a problem, but this ends right now, by your reading this. I was so shocked  I found myself unable to even speak for a few minutes. I was unable to refute the therapist until She was out of reach and sight and I found myself with a new therapist.  If you go to church or Mosque don’t stop. 2} That you can’t stop drinking or taking illegal drugs if such things are getting out of hand. { Talk to someone in POWER at a mental health facility, or your Pastor about these things. Don’t be shy. How do you think I got to be who I am? It was 38 years of therapy that I HAD to go through or I would have been lookin like a misfit, a broken man and a poor broke, ***.      I wanted better for myself and I took the long road.  A much short path has been or is being devised for you by BLACK activists, BLACK professionals, BLACK people with plenty of money { and I don’t just mean BLACK celebrities.  }
